What service do you provide?
We provide furniture and decorations for wedding ceremonies, reception, corporate events and home parties.
Do you have a showroom?
We have a warehouse and will provide address if you wish to visit
What is your opening time:
Our email and phone are always available. Warehouse opens by appointment only.
Can I visit your office/warehouse?
Surely, our warehouse opens by appointment only so please email or give us a call before coming.
I finish work at 5pm and can get to warehouse at 5.30-6pm, is that too late?
No, it’s not an issue, just email or call us to arrange.
Do you deliver, setup and collect?
Absolutely, we have 3 trucks and 1 ute so delivery, setup and collection are taken care of
Is there any surcharge if pickup at midnight?
Unfortunately, yes, a surcharge of $60 required for midnight collection to cover overtime labour expense.
Do you have FIY package?
Sure, we have different FYI packages and we can tailor them to your need
I have a ute; can I pick up and return hire items myself?
Of course you can, it’ll save you delivery fee. A bond ($100-$300) may be required depend on your booking. Bond to be refunded within 5 days after returning items.
I would like to proceed a booking; how does it work from there?
Please pay 30% deposit to turn your quote into a booking. We then will send confirmation and ask for the location diagram or floorplan, your preferred setup and collection time to update to your booking and will follow your instructions.
Do you have anything for wedding reception?
Yes we do, chairs, chair covers, sashes, cocktail tables, flowers (artificial), backdrop with fairy lights, festoon lights, light up letters (Partnered with LOVE LETTERS – The Original Love Letters)
Can I customize a package?
Yes, you can, all packages are built to have bundle pricing and save you a good deal but you can always customize the pre-built ones.
How far do you work?
We can travel both North and South, the standard delivery & collection fee are applied for 50km from Perth CBD. Surcharge applies for longer distance.
I have booked 2 hours slot for my ceremony at a park, how should I plan ceremony starting time?
Please allow us at least 30min to setup for a standard package, so please add it to your timing and schedule accordingly.
How long do you need to setup for ceremony?
30min to 60min depends on booking. All standard packages take 30-40min to setup.
How long do you need to setup for wedding reception?
It really depends on how many guests, how many tables and what decorations required. We prefer to be at venue as early as possible in the morning.
What is your standard hire period?
My family want to stay back a bit for photos and want to keep some furniture there, is that okay?
Sure, just let us know in advance so we don’t send the guy back there too early. Take your time, it’s your special day.
How do I pay?
Easiest is by credit card via the provided link (Pay Now) in your invoice. The system will then update your booking right away and send you payment confirmation.
You can also pay to the provided bank account in the invoice or call us to pay over phone – using credit card.
What credit card do you accept?
Master, Visa, American express, Alipay
Do I have to pay credit card surcharge?
No, you don’t. All cost as per booking.
Do you need setup location or guidance?
Yes please, hand drawing, google map snapshot, photos at venues, floor plan or any creative ways to show us where you want to have it setup.
Do I have to pay a bond?
In most case you don’t have to. Bond only required for DIY items or packages.
How far can I book in advance?
We have couples booking more than 2 years in advance and we don’t have any limit on how far you can book in advance
It’s quite urgent but I can book for this weekend?
If it’s urgent, best to give us a call. We will do our best to suit your need. In most cases, we can get it sorted for you.
